Goose Island: Andrew Walton, Today's Haze

To create an educational video for new staff focussing on a few key areas, history, product, pouring and food pairing. Using Head Brewer Andrew Walton's vast knowledge of brewing, give the staff a digestible taste of Goose Island and an introduction to the newest addition, "Today's Haze".

We spent a day filming at the brewpub in London, Shoreditch and spoke with Head brewer Andrew Walton, delivering a delicious short video that captured the key elements within the brief. Along with the interview, we captured beautiful cutaway footage of Andrew in action, pouring pints, speaking to locals and brewing at the back of the pub.
